We’ll sit down with you (the old-fashioned way, in your office and maybe a tour) and go through every element of not just the job, but the company. What makes you a great place to work. And what doesn’t (sorry, nothing is perfect).

Prepare to be challenged. Yes, we’ll understand who/what the ideal candidate is, but if you’re asking for that famous rocking horse, we’ll let you know.

We’ll write a job ad that’s unlike anything you may have seen before. It is branded to you, in your tone of voice, and a million miles from a job description. But it isn’t about you. It is about why a candidate would want to work for you.

We’ll create a Candidate Information Pack, which is kind of like a job description on steroids. We’ll show you some examples, it is better seen than described.

You’ll hear from time to time that good candidates don’t apply for jobs. Of course they do – just write better adverts.

But it would be remiss of us to rely on them – in fact, c70% of our hires don’t come from adverts.

We’ll put every candidate through a robust interview, conducted by a seasoned recruiter (not an off-the-shelf AI package).

This isn’t a generic ‘how-do-you-do’. It is specifically for you and your job. It is tailored to the skills, experience, and competencies you want. And it is also interesting and engaging for them.

Pricing

Our pricing is clear and transparent. We don’t talk percentage of salaries – does that really make any sense to anyone? – we talk pounds and pence, agreed with you in advance.

And we don’t see why an £80,000pa job should cost you (at least) double a £40,000pa job. Let’s talk about that.
